My name is Jon and I am the man behind back to performance.
The reason I started this is because I was that guy, always injured, never reaching my full potential.
I have had so many injuries that it’s hard to keep track, from shoulder reconstruction through to a PCL tear in my knee.
From physio to physical training you name it I have done it, and what I have realised to help people like you reading this, you need to look at things from multiple lenses.
My goal is to make sure you aren't like me, wasting the limited time you have to play on the sidelines

Our three-step online program is solely designed for those who are in your position. Phase one we focus on your problem. Repeated injuries happen for a reason, and understanding why these can happen is key. Through analysing your strengths and weaknesses, we build a program around you. But, a good program focuses on more than just the weakness….. Here we lay the foundation to make you an athlete.
This takes us into phase two, becoming an athlete. Improving your athleticism allows us to develop physical reserves. Physical reserves are your get-out-of-jail-free card. Improved strength, speed, and conditioning not only allows you to dominate. But can take you from the sideline to the pitch.
Finally, it's the sport-specific phases. Go from being an athlete to the one that dominates your sport. By analysing how you play and the demands of your sport. We progress the program that makes people ever forget you were sitting on the sidelines.

Long term rehab sucks!
A major injury is horrible. You want to get back out there playing your sport. Watching every game from the sideline, wishing you were out there. The repeated nature of rehabilitation, from daily mobility exercises to those physio exercises.
Here we offer two options from an online program to face-to-face sessions depending on your needs.
Returning to sports after having these major injuries is tough. Initial treatment often goes well. However, when you want to return to sport now thats the problem.
Cast to Class program follows a holistic data-driven approach to rehab. Looking at developing all facets to returning to sport. We don't look at injury sites, we focus on preparing you for the demands you will face.
The initial phase is around getting the injured site up to speed, focusing on improving the endurance and range of motion of the injured site. At the same time, we ask the question what do you need to excel at your sport? Reverse engineering a plan and start laying down the foundations
Phase 2 Is the preparing to train phase. Our focus here is developing the required underpinning strength and power. While simultaneously preparing you to return to your sport. Using the latest research and experience from working with hundreds of athletes. Our data-driven approach with a focus on sporting movement prepares you to excel.
Phase 3, is the return to sport. This is the stage where most people want to fly back. But making sure you are progressed according to where you are at it key. We focus on getting everything right. Refining how you move, pushing your conditioning to new levels. Guiding you through how to return back to full training, being with you each step of the way.
Phase 4, is the final phase we have ticked off all the boxes, managed your training so you are prepared to play. Pushed your physical fitness to new levels. It's time to shine. In this final phase we assist you with those first games while you return to sport. Helping you with your confidence, and being there when you are struggling. Finally, we guide you with how to run an in-season program, and what you need to focus on to let you flourish
